How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@istgalaxy.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Business administrators can also disconnect connected channels from settings and close their account.
What we delete
Upon a verified request we delete your account, operator users, conversations and messages, contacts, and stored media. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g., tax/invoice records) or for fraud prevention, for the minimum period necessary.
Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
Channel / Meta data
When you disconnect a messaging channel (e.g., WhatsApp Business), we stop processing new messages for that channel and remove the stored credentials. Data held by Meta/WhatsApp is governed by Meta's own policies.
