Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using the istGalaxy platform and services (the “Service”), operated by BEDDRAMA LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Our services
We provide a platform that lets businesses connect their own messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web, email, Telegram, SMS), manage customer conversations in one inbox, answer with a cited AI agent, and create invoices and payment links.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use & channel compliance
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of the channels you connect (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp), including obtaining required opt-in from recipients and not sending spam, unlawful, or prohibited content. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
5. Fees & billing
Platform subscription fees are charged as described at sign-up. Payments are processed through Stripe. A free plan is available.
6. Cancellation & refunds
Platform subscription fees are billed per period; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, and used periods are non-refundable.
7. Customer data & privacy
You retain ownership of your business and customer data. We process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (Meta/WhatsApp and other channels, Stripe, hosting providers). We are not responsible for their availability or actions, and their terms also apply to your use of those features.
9. Intellectual property
Excluding your data, the Service is owned by BEDDRAMA LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable policies.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
