You write one article: your customer reads it in your help center, your AI agent grounds its answer on it, your operator sees it as a reference on screen. A separate center for every brand, on your own domain if you wish — all from one panel.
3 surfaces
a separate switch on every article: public center, AI agent, operator assistant (Copilot)
1 center per brand
every brand gets its own help center with its own name, address and language
Your own domain
like support.yourbrand.com — the panel provides the DNS records; verified, it goes live
one article, three surfaces
In most tools the help article, the agent's knowledge and internal documentation live in three places; over time the three drift apart. In Galaxy you write one article and toggle its three surfaces independently, per article: the public center, the agent's knowledge, the operator's Copilot. Turning one off never affects the others.
Per-article control
Three switches on every article: agent, Copilot, public. You decide — not the file format.
Internal stays internal
Internal articles and short notes work only on the agent and operator surfaces; customers never see them.
The agent cites its source
The agent grounds its answer on your published article and shows the source — no improvising.
Surface suitability is enforced by the system: a PDF, for example, can only feed the agent — it never appears in the public center.
a center per brand
If you run more than one brand, each gets its own help center: its own name, address and language. Articles are drafted first and published when ready. If you wish, move the center to your own domain — add the DNS records the panel shows you, and once verification completes, the center is live at your address.
A separate identity
Each center belongs to its brand; name, address and language are set per center.
Your own domain
Enter the domain; the panel shows the DNS records to add and tracks the verification status.
Managed from one panel
All brands' articles and centers are managed in the same panel; your team works in one place.
knowledge that completes itself
Topics customers ask about that the agent can't answer land in your panel as knowledge gaps. Article drafts are prepared from real operator replies — but no draft ever publishes itself; the final word is always yours. Your chat box needs no extra setup either: publish your first article and the Help tab appears on its own.
Gaps become visible
Unanswered topics aren't lost; they're listed as knowledge gaps and you set the priority.
Drafts arrive ready
An article draft is proposed from the answer your operator actually gave; you edit, approve, publish.
A Help tab in the widget
With the first published article, a Help tab appears in the chat box automatically; customers search and read.
Pulling it back to draft is one click too — it leaves every surface instantly.

In your setup week we publish your first articles together — and your agent feeds from the same source from day one.
